I'm Nabina Ghosh — copywriter, art director, type designer and maker. NGCSI is the studio I built to keep all of that in one head, briefable directly.

I learned the craft inside the rooms where it was taken seriously — Ogilvy, JWT, Rediffusion — writing and art-directing for brands that couldn't afford to be forgotten.

Three decades in, I know what good work needs: a sharp brief, a senior pair of hands, and the discipline to cut everything that isn't earning its place. What I didn't want anymore was the layers — the briefing-down, the telephone game, the dilution between idea and execution.

So NGCSI is deliberately small. One senior bench across copywriting, branding, design, creative direction and 3D — with trusted specialists pulled in by project. Brands get an entire creative department without the overhead. Agencies get firepower they can white-label and trust to the deadline.

I also make things with my hands — type, carpentry, resin, paper-cutting, voice. It's not a hobby beside the work; it's where the eye and the patience come from.
