Nabina Ghosh Creative Services & Ideas (NGCSI) is a small creative consultancy, and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect on nabinaghosh.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry, nothing more. Messages sent through the form may be delivered to us by email at info@nabinaghosh.com.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used. Neither is used for advertising, and we run no advertising or remarketing on this site.

Ahrefs Web Analytics is cookieless traffic measurement and runs on every visit. According to Ahrefs it sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Project key: O8WOxmLqCJj308pFh5d31A. See Ahrefs’ privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0DS0DRRTKE) is loaded on every page through Google’s Consent Mode v2, with storage denied by default. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, GA4 sends only cookieless pings and writes no cookies. If you accept, it may set the first-party cookies listed in our Cookie Policy. What Google Analytics records

Beyond page views, GA4’s enhanced measurement is switched on, so it also records when you:

scroll to the bottom of a page;
click a link that leads away from this site;
search within the site;
interact with a form;
play an embedded video;
download a file.

It also records an approximate location, usually at city level, along with device information such as browser, operating system, language and screen size. Google derives the location from your IP address and does not make that address available to us in reports.

Form events record that a form was used, not what you typed into it. We have switched on Google’s email redaction for this data stream, so an email address that might otherwise be picked up in an event is stripped out before the data is stored.

What we do not do

We do not advertise or remarket through this site, and no Google Ads, AdSense or similar account is linked to our Analytics property.
Google’s advertising features are switched off. Google Signals and user-provided data collection are both disabled, and consent for advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation is refused for every visitor, whether or not you accept analytics cookies.
We do not send Google your email address, phone number or any other identifier, and we do not upload customer lists.
We do not assign you a User ID or attempt to track you across other websites.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Opting out

You can reset or withdraw your analytics choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page. If you would rather block Google Analytics everywhere, Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Embedded content

Some pages embed YouTube videos using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player. YouTube may collect data when you actually play a video, subject to Google’s policies. That processing happens on Google’s side and is not something we control.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and to maintain reasonable business records, then no longer than necessary. In Google Analytics, event-level data is kept for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically; aggregated reports are not affected by those limits. Ahrefs retains its cookieless traffic data under its own policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. For visitors in India, these rights are recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), which lets you access and correct your data, request its erasure, and withdraw any consent you have given.
