Nabina Ghosh Creative Services & Ideas (NGCSI) is a small creative consultancy, and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect on nabinaghosh.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive the details you choose to share — usually your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry, nothing more. Messages sent through the form may be delivered to us by email at info@nabinaghosh.com.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used:

• Ahrefs Web Analytics — cookieless traffic measurement. It does not use analytics cookies or collect personal data according to Ahrefs. It runs on every visit. Project key: O8WOxmLqCJj308pFh5d31A. See Ahrefs’ privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0DS0DRRTKE) — loaded on every page using Google’s Advanced Consent Mode. If you decline analytics cookies, GA4 sends cookieless, anonymised pings only (no _ga cookies). If you accept, GA4 may set first-party analytics cookies. Embedded content

Some pages embed YouTube videos using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player. YouTube may collect data when you actually play a video, subject to Google’s policies. That processing happens on Google’s side and is not something we control.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and to maintain reasonable business records, then no longer than necessary. Analytics data is retained according to Ahrefs’ and Google’s respective settings and policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. For visitors in India, these rights are recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), which lets you access and correct your data, request its erasure, and withdraw any consent you have given.
